I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, offering a quiet and safe environment with stunning views of the city below. The staff, especially Nur and Levent at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room for a minimal charge. The room itself was spectacular with modern amenities and a beautiful view. The breakfast was also great, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the service, location, and room quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything from the service to the room amenities was top-notch.

The location and view were stunning. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Nora. Early check-in allowed. Spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast. WiFi available. Convertible sofa beds and living room in family rooms.

Great views from the rooms and very spacious rooms! the breakfast provided a good variety of foods and the staff was friendly. It was also located in a convenient location near the mountain and other attractions.
The service was absolutely terrible! Every time we called for something, we had to follow up multiple times before getting a response.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, giving us a wonderful view of the surrounding city or mountain. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch. We spent a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view from the windows. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us with any requests. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that affected our experience. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't very reliable, which was a bit frustrating at times.
